Sean Harvey, MSOD, MSEd, is a values-driven career consultant dedicated to empowering the next generation of socially-minded professionals and leaders to make real and impactful change in their organizations and beyond.
Sean brings over 12 years of experience as a change management and human capital development consultant to the career conversation. He currently teaches courses in Organization Behavior, Change Management and Career Development at NYU and Baruch College CUNY.
Sean’s professional journey began nearly 20 years ago when he founded a non-profit youth support group for the city of Dayton, Ohio at the age of 16. Since that time, he discovered that his true calling is creating insightful conversations to help others identify their authentic purpose and define a realistic path to unleash their potential.
Sean holds a MSEd in Counseling from Fordham University, a MSOD in Organization Development from Loyola University Chicago, and a graduate certificate in Public Service Administration and BA in Psychology from DePaul University.
