Mindful Careers: Intention For Awareness

The week and our exploration of awareness is winding down. Today is the perfect day to introduce an intention I’m sure will help center you and remind you of how the simple act of being aware can positively impact your current career or support your job search.

Breathe in slowly, deeply. Listen to how the air passes through your nose or mouth.

Exhale slowly, deeply. In this moment you are in tune with nothing but your breath.

Now, recite the above intention with your full body. Shut out all other thought. Listen to the words as you say them. Feel the power you have and be aware.
