- Two one-to-one sessions with coach before and after the group experience to assess program, career and education goals and how to overcome obstacles
- Small interactive classes kept to 6-12 students per instructor
- A safe and structured approach to explore career dreams through 12 discovery modules and experiential exercises with a coach
- Modular program can be delivered in a weekend, over a semester, week-long programs in person or virtually
- A customized commitment plan to turn program insights into actions related to school, home, work and health
- A personal project, presentation or performance to reinforce the participant’s commitments
- Private social network to interact with your class and coach
